Woodland Park, Colorado has several unique attractions enthusiastically enjoyed by residents and visitors alike. These attractions range from the the beauty of Pike's Peak, in view from nearly every part of Woodland Park, to the nationally recognized Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center.

The most popular attraction would have to be Woodland Park's proximity to the Pike National Forest. Woodland Park, Colorado is surrounded by the 1.5 million acre Pike National Forest. Visitors to the Woodland Park area enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, camping, mountain biking, fishing, animal watching & photography, bird watching, and some of the most spectacular sunsets in Colorado.

A great place to begin your visit is at the Ute Pass Cultural Center. The Ute Pass Cultural Center is home to the Greater Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce. Volunteers are very happy to share their favorite piece of Colorado with you. You'll find brochures and information about the area, special dining, lodging, and local shopping information, and also meet some of the nicest people in Colorado!
